Search360 is a 501(c)3 non-profit that empowers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential, accept a valued role in their community and lead rich, rewarding lives. 


Search360 provides a wide range of flexible, personalized services including community living arrangements, day services and employment programs, as well as medical, behavioral, therapy and home-based services.  


Our vision is of a world where all people live, learn and grow alongside one another, bringing their unique abilities to the community.

The History of Planet Access

1968 : Search360 Opens Its First Program for Children with Disabilities

Search got its start as a grassroots movement of parents pushing for the inclusion of their children into the public school system.


1997: Toad&Co and Search360     Co-found Planet Access

Planet Access began as Planet Access Company, a third party logistics provider and warehouse. Our vision was to connect people with disabilities to the real economy.

2004: Toad&Co and Search360 Launch Search for Adventure

With warehouse profits and grants from Toad&Co, Search for Adventure provides individuals with developmental disabilities first-time outdoor adventure experiences.

2012: Planet Access opens brick and mortar store

Planet Access opened it's first store in Lincoln Square to connect the community to Search360.

2026: Planet Access opens second store

In September 2026, Planet Access expanded to the Wicker Park neighborhood.

Today: Planet Access and Toad&Co  Partnership

Planet Access and Toad&Co continue to support Search360 through Search for Adventure and other backing.

Our Toad&Co Partnership

For over 20 years, Toad&Co + Search360 have partnered to create inclusive communities for people with disabilities where they are accepted, valued and able to contribute as equals.
